Breathing exercises-prep for pushing

Ex 1: Go in a high push-up position (on straight arms), find comfortable breathing and try to remove tension. Hold your breath after an exhale and stand in the position as long as you can without air. When you start breathing, recover by doing continuous push-ups (pushing the floor away) with light burst breathing.

Breathing routine

Walk around the gym at a normal pace with normal breathing. Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth and focus on breathing continuously and freely. Walk and breathe comfortably to eliminate any tensions and try to remember that comfortable state of walking.
