Systema movement - Part 2 - Nov 25, 2014

This is the second post in a series on Systema movement focussing on movement off the line of attack. After learning to move from contact in the first part, one should be able to move continuously in any situation. The next step is to learn to move efficiently. Efficiency means escaping with shorter steps in the right direction to prevent the attacker from chasing you with follow-up strikes or kicks and positioning yourself for a counter-strike at the same time.
